(Node.js) Get the text body content of a MIME part.

Explains and demonstrates the GetBodyEncoded and GetBodyDecoded methods. This example uses the MIME test data located at http://www.chilkatsoft.com/testData/sampleMime1.txt

The sampleMime1.txt contains:
