(Node.js) Cloudfare DNS over HTTPS

Cloudflare offers a DNS over HTTPS resolver at: https://cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query

This example demonstrates how to do a DNS lookup for a domain using Cloudfare's HTTPS resolver.
