    // Starting in Chilkat v9.5.0.77, the following notations are possible to specify that the value
    // should be appended to the end of the array. (In other words, if the array currenty has N elements, then "-1", "", or "*"
    // indicate an index of N+1.

    const json = try chilkat.JsonObject.init();
    defer json.deinit();

    json.updateInt("lanes[-1]", 0) catch {};
    json.updateInt("lanes[]", 1) catch {};
    json.updateInt("lanes[*]", 2) catch {};
    json.updateInt("lanes[-1]", 3) catch {};

    std.debug.print("{s}\n", .{try json.emit(alloc)});
