(VB.NET UWP/WinRT) Match MySQL AES_ENCRYPT Function

Demonstrates how to use the MySqlAesEncrypt and MySqlAesDecrypt methods to match MySQL's AES_ENCRYPT and AES_DECRYPT functions.
