Explains how to debug when problems are encountered with ITIDA canonicalization, signing, and posting to api.preprod.invoicing.eta.gov.eg.

The most common error response from the api.preprod.invoicing.eta.gov.eg server is:

ITIDA Signature Invalid Signature * 4043 4043:message-digest attribute value does not match the calculated value[message-digest attribute value does not match the calculated value]
