Send email using SMTP STARTTLS.

Send email using SMTP STARTTLS. With STARTTLS, the SMTP client connects to the SMTP server on port 25 (non-SSL) and then issues a STARTTLS command to convert the connection to a secure TLS channel. PureBasic
