Determine File Type

Demonstrates how to determine the type of file. Possible types are:
  • 1: Regular file
  • 2: Directory
  • 3: Symbolic Link
  • 4: Windows shortcut
  • 99: Something else
  • 0: File not found
  • -1: Unable to check because of directory permissions or other error.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v9.5.0.77 or greater.
