(PHP Extension) FTPS / Implicit SSLDemonstrates how to connect using implicit SSL on port 990. The FTP component connects using SSL on port 990, which is the de-facto standard FTP SSL port. Not all FTP servers support implicit SSL. An alternative is to use AUTH SSL (also called AUTH TLS).
<?php // The version number (9_5_0) should match version of the Chilkat extension used, omitting the micro-version number. // For example, if using Chilkat v9.5.0.48, then include as shown here: include("chilkat_9_5_0.php"); // This example requires the Chilkat API to have been previously unlocked. // See Global Unlock Sample for sample code. $ftp = new CkFtp2(); // If this example does not work, try using passive mode // by setting this to true. $ftp->put_Passive(false); $ftp->put_Hostname('ftp.something.com'); $ftp->put_Username('test'); $ftp->put_Password('test'); $ftp->put_Port(990); // We don't want AUTH SSL: $ftp->put_AuthTls(false); // We want Implicit SSL: $ftp->put_Ssl(true); // Connect and login to the FTP server. $success = $ftp->Connect(); if ($success != true) { print $ftp->lastErrorText() . "\n"; exit; } else { // LastErrorText contains information even when // successful. This allows you to visually verify // that the secure connection actually occurred. print $ftp->lastErrorText() . "\n"; } print 'FTPS Channel Established!' . "\n"; // Do whatever you're doing to do ... // upload files, download files, etc... $success = $ftp->Disconnect(); ?> |
