Download a Zip from a URL and OpenBd. (No .zip file is created)

Demonstrates how to download a .zip from a URL, opens the Zip, and gets the contents of a file. No file is ever written.
Note
This example is intended for running within a Chilkat.Js embedded JavaScript engine. All Chilkat JavaScript examples require Chilkat v11.4.0 or greater.
