SII Chile - FRMT Signature Computation and Add to XML

Compute the FRMT signature and add to the XML. This is the RSA signature of the SHA-1 digest of the "flattened" DD element.

This example is intended for running within a Chilkat.Js embedded JavaScript engine. All Chilkat JavaScript examples require Chilkat v11.4.0 or greater.
