(Java) Setting the XML DOCTYPE
Demonstrates setting an XML document's DOCTYPE. The sample code below produces the following XML output:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<html>
<body>This is the HTML body</body>
</html>
import com.chilkatsoft.*;
public class ChilkatExample {
static {
try {
System.loadLibrary("chilkat");
} catch (UnsatisfiedLinkError e) {
System.err.println("Native code library failed to load.\n" + e);
System.exit(1);
}
}
public static void main(String argv[])
{
CkXml root = new CkXml();
root.put_Tag("html");
root.put_DocType("<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN\" \"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd\">");
root.NewChild2("body","This is the HTML body");
System.out.println(root.getXml());
}
}
