(Visual FoxPro) Twofish CFB Mode Encryption

Demonstrates how to encrypt using Twofish CFB (Cipher Feedback) mode.

* It may be "hex", "url", "base64", "quoted-printable", or many other choices.

* The secret key must equal the size of the key.  For
