* Get a PNG file..
* Possible formats are:
* png
* gif
* jpeg
* jpg
* svg
* eps
* Case matters.  Use lowercase.
loQueryParams.UpdateString("format","png")

* Send the GET request to an endpoint.
* Chilkat will add the url-encoded query params passed in the JSON.
