(Visual FoxPro) FTP through HTTP Tunnel (FTP over HTTP Proxy)

Note: This example requires Chilkat v9.5.0.51 or greater.

FTP through an HTTP tunnel (via an HTTP proxy server that supports HTTP tunneling).
