(Visual FoxPro) FTP Bandwidth Throttle for Downloads

Demonstrates the Chilkat FTP2 download bandwidth throttling property : BandwidthThrottleDown.

* The default data transfer mode is "Active" as opposed to "Passive".

* Connect and login to the FTP server.
