(Excel) Outlook Send Email with Attachments

This example sends a plain-text email with attachments. Other examples exist for:

Sending plain-text email.
Sending HTML email.
Sending HTML email with embedded images.
Sending HTML email with embedded images and attachments.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v9.5.0.68 or greater.
