(C# UWP/WinRT) Compress Text Feed to Binary

This example receives incoming text data in chunks, compresses as a stream, and accumulates the compressed binary data.

The purpose is to demonstrate the BeginCompressString, MoreCompressString, and EndCompressString methods.
