(AutoIt) SSH using HTTP Proxy

Note: This example requires Chilkat v9.5.0.51 or greater.

Demonstrates how to connect to an SSH server through an HTTP proxy. (Connects through a generic proxy of type: HTTP/1.1 using the CONNECT method.)

Chilkat ActiveX Downloads

ActiveX for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows

; This example assumes the Chilkat API to have been previously unlocked.
; See Global Unlock Sample for sample code.

$oSsh = ObjCreate("Chilkat.Ssh")

; To connect through an HTTP proxy, set the HttpProxyHostname
; and HttpProxyPort properties to the hostname (or IP address)
; and port of the HTTP proxy. Typical port numbers used by
; HTTP proxy servers are 3128 and 8080.
$oSsh.HttpProxyHostname = "www.my-http-proxy.com"
$oSsh.HttpProxyPort = 3128

; Important: Your HTTP proxy server must allow non-HTTP
; traffic to pass. Otherwise this does not work.

; Connect to an SSH server via an HTTP proxy:
Local $sHostname
Local $iPort

; Hostname may be an IP address or hostname:
$sHostname = "192.168.1.108"
$iPort = 22

Local $bSuccess = $oSsh.Connect($sHostname,$iPort)
If ($bSuccess <> True) Then
    ConsoleWrite($oSsh.LastErrorText & @CRLF)
    Exit
EndIf

; Your application is now connected to an SSH server
; through an HTTP proxy.
