Create MIME Containing XML

Calls SetBodyFromXml to load XML into the MIME body. Also sets the Content-Type header to "text/xml", and the Content-Transfer-Encoding to an appropriate transfer encoding based on the characters found in the XML.Chilkat Android™ Downloads
